Do you offer support in Catalan?
Yes. We support you in Spanish and Catalan, on Spanish business hours. No overseas call centres.
Which languages do Mallorcan businesses usually enable?
The most common: Spanish, Catalan, German and English. Many also enable Italian and French. You decide which ones your menu needs.
Does it work for seasonal businesses?
Yes. If you close in winter you can cancel the subscription and reactivate next season. We keep your data, so your menu comes back exactly as you left it — no need to rebuild.
Does it work for hotels with multiple restaurants?
Yes. Each restaurant can have its own menu, all managed from a single account. We have customers running several venues this way.
How long does it take to set up my menu?
Depends on size, but a venue with 30-50 dishes is usually ready in an afternoon. If you need it, we help you build it the first time.
Do I need to change the QR when I switch seasonal menus?
No. Your QR is always the same. You change the content in the dashboard and the code keeps working.
How do I manage allergens?
You mark the 14 allergens (EU regulation 1169/2011) on each dish. Customers see clear icons, in any language.
Can I talk to your customers in Mallorca for references?
